GROWTH: We invest in growth and aim to earn our returns over time rather than expect an immediate upfront benefit. We see growth as the end result of our long-term collaboration rather than an upfront windfall.

COLLABORATION: We follow a strategy of collaboration to add value to our partner businesses and create new opportunities and economies of scale through our networks and ultimately realise growth and value for ourselves and our partners.

NETWORKS: We establish new supply networks and create linkages between our investment partners to unlock new business opportunities and economies of scale and augment our strategic contribution to our partner businesses.

INVESTOR POSITION: We look for businesses that have the potential for growth and where we can add value. We carefully consider the current financial position, sector, management structure, compliance position and opportunities that exist.
